Can you take loa for mental health?

Feeling a bit low and stressed lately, a friend suggested looking into the Law of Attraction. She said it really helped her mental well-being. Can practicing LOA actually be beneficial for improving mental health or managing stress?

Man, if manifesting good sleep actually worked, I wouldn't be wide awake at 3 AM scrolling through these forums. Positive thinking is fine, but for actual mental health struggles, real medical advice and therapy work much better than just wishing it away.

Using Law of Attraction can be a nice way to practice mindfulness and stay positive, which I track on my meditation app. But honestly, it cannot replace professional therapy or medical help if you are struggling with mental health issues. Use it as a side tool, not the main cure.

Along with positive thinking, eating clean, Satvik food and getting proper sleep can really help balance your mind. But if there is a serious mental health issue, you must consult a doctor or therapist instead of relying just on manifestation.

Please don't rely only on positive thinking books. I ignored my severe anxiety for years thinking I could just 'manifest' peace, and it only got worse. Please see a therapist or doctor for proper guidance.

My daughter tried all these manifestation techniques when she was feeling very low during college, but she only felt better after we took her to a good counselor. It is good to have a positive mindset, but please seek proper therapy if things are tough.
