Can you take ibuprofen for abdominal pain?

Some abdominal pain has been bothering me off and on since morning, not too severe but quite uncomfortable. I don't usually take medicine for it, but today it's persistent. Can I take Ibuprofen to help with stomach ache?

I literally just went through this last week. Do not take ibuprofen for stomach pain because it can irritate your stomach lining even more. My doctor told me to take an antispasmodic instead, which worked much better.

I personally avoid ibuprofen whenever my stomach hurts. In my experience, it actually makes my acidity and cramps worse. I usually just stick to warm water and ask my doctor if it doesn't settle down.

Haan, stomach ache mein ibuprofen bilkul mat lena na. It can cause severe acidity and burning in the stomach. Better to use a hot water bag or see a doctor if the pain is too much.

I didn't know ibuprofen was bad for stomach pain. My stomach has been hurting since morning and I was about to take one. Is there any other simple syrup or tablet that is safer to use?

Yeah, don't do that. I took ibuprofen once when my stomach was cramping from eating junk food and it made me want to throw up. Stick to Pudin Hara or ask a doctor if it is serious.
