Can you take creatine with kidney disease?

I lift weights regularly and take creatine to help with muscle growth. My doctor recently told me I have early-stage kidney disease. Now I'm concerned, can you take creatine with kidney disease, or should I stop?

Our body is a temple, and keeping it in balance is very important. Since creatine directly affects your creatinine levels, which is a major kidney marker, taking it with kidney disease is not advisable. Stay positive, eat fresh, and let your doctor guide your health.

I manage high blood pressure, and I know how closely BP and kidney health are connected. Taking creatine can put extra filtration load on your kidneys. Please get your kidney function tests checked and consult your doctor before using any gym supplements.

If you already have a diagnosed kidney condition, taking creatine is generally a big no because it can artificially spike your creatinine levels and complicate your treatment. Stick to your doctor's dietary plan and avoid self-prescribing gym supplements.

Having managed kidney health issues for a few years now, I can tell you that creatine is definitely not recommended. It places unnecessary stress on compromised kidneys. Focus on a kidney-safe diet as advised by your doctor instead of gym powders.

Bro, if you have any kidney issues, stay far away from creatine. It converts to creatinine in the body, which your kidneys are already struggling to filter out. Talk to a proper nephrologist before you mess up your health.

You can absolutely stay fit and active with light jogging or walking if your doctor permits, even without heavy supplements. Creatine is highly processed by the kidneys, so skip it if you have kidney disease. Keep your fitness natural and safe.

I actually wanted to start creatine for my gym workouts but my creatinine levels were slightly borderline. Has anyone else with kidney concerns been told by their doctor to strictly avoid creatine? I am too scared to try it now.
