Can you take black seed oil with thyroid medicine?

I have thyroid issues and take my medicine every morning. Lately, I've heard a lot of good things about black seed oil for general health benefits. Can you take black seed oil with thyroid medicine without any interactions?

Thyroid medicine is so sensitive, haan na. If you take anything else close to it, it might not work properly. It is better to keep a good gap and definitely ask your doctor before starting black seed oil.

For thyroid health, keeping an active routine like brisk walking daily is amazing for metabolism. Instead of relying on black seed oil which might interfere with your morning pills, focus on daily exercise and get your levels checked regularly.

Babuji, thyroid pill must be taken empty stomach early morning, that is the rule. Please do not mix any black seed oil or other home remedies with it. Take your doctor's advice first, they know what is best.

Black seed oil has active compounds that can affect your immune system and hormone levels, which might alter your thyroid requirements. To avoid fluctuating TSH levels, it's highly recommended to consult your endocrinologist before starting it.

Natural remedies like a little warm water with lemon are great for morning wellness, but thyroid medication is a different ballgame. Don't mix black seed oil with it on your own. If you feel tired or have sudden weight changes, please see your doctor.

I have found that practicing regular Kapalbhati and Ujjayi pranayama helps beautifully with thyroid balance. Black seed oil is warm and strong, so it might not suit everyone. Always consult your physician before combining it with thyroxine.
