I totally get it, back pain can be absolutely exhausting to live with. But taking Aleve every single day can really harm your stomach lining and kidneys over time. Please try to get it checked by a physiotherapist.

Unless you want your doctor to become your best friend, don't take Aleve daily! It's great for occasional relief, but daily use is a bit too much. Maybe try a hot water bag instead?

Actually, taking it daily is quite risky, yaar. Painkillers like Aleve are very strong and can cause acidity issues if used constantly. You should probably check with a doctor for a long-term solution.
