Can you sleep with panam again?

My little nephew has this old blanket he calls 'Panam' and he's so attached to it. He wants to know if he can sleep with 'Panam' again, meaning is it okay for him to sleep with his comfort blanket. I want to assure him it's fine.

I hope you find relief from whatever is causing you discomfort. It is always best to let your body heal naturally with rest and positive thoughts, rather than relying on heavy medications repeatedly. Take care.

If you mean taking another dose of pain medication like paracetamol, please check the hourly gap. My doctor always said to keep a minimum of 4 to 6 hours between doses to protect your liver. Never double dose just to sleep.

Agree with keeping a gap. Do not take medicines repeatedly without checking the prescription.

Dekho, popping pills repeatedly just to get sleep is a very bad habit. If the pain or discomfort is that bad, go see a doctor tomorrow morning instead of self-medicating.

I used to take pain pills whenever I couldn't sleep due to muscle pain from gym workouts. But honestly, it messed up my stomach badly. Now I just use a cold compress and stick to a fixed sleep routine.

I know how frustrating it is when pain won't let you sleep. But please don't take more pills blindly. Try to keep your head elevated on a soft pillow and drink a little warm water to feel better.

Please do not take another tablet without consulting a doctor first. Rest well and try to drink some warm water. Take care.

I am so tired myself, but please don't take another pill unless you are sure of the timing. You don't want to wake up feeling like a zombie or worse. Just try listening to some boring podcast to fall asleep.

Instead of taking more medicine, try drinking a cup of warm turmeric milk or massaging your temples with a little eucalyptus oil. It helps soothe the nerves naturally and brings peaceful sleep.

Honestly, check the strip for the actual name and expiry date first. My flatmate once took the wrong pill by mistake at night and was groggy for two days. Stay safe and avoid taking extra doses.

Please be careful. I once kept taking pain pills to sleep off a severe headache, ignoring the underlying issue, and it turned out to be a major health scare. Get a proper checkup done instead of masking the pain.

Whenever I visit my physician at Lilavati, he strictly tells me never to repeat any pain relievers within 6 hours. If your symptoms are persistent, please call a hospital helpline or consult your doctor clearly.
