Can you reverse diabetes 2?

My blood sugar levels have been borderline for a while, and my doctor finally said it's type 2 diabetes. I'm trying to make proper lifestyle changes and control my diet. Is it truly possible to reverse type 2 diabetes, or is it a lifelong condition I have to manage?

Yes, you can put it in remission! It just means saying goodbye to your beloved gulab jamuns for a while, but hey, your pancreas will definitely thank you for it.

With discipline and a calm mind, the body has wonderful self-healing abilities. Keep your diet pure, walk in nature, and stay positive. You can manage this beautifully.

My dad reversed his diabetes within six months by cutting out white rice and walking after every meal. It is tough initially but totally possible if you make sustainable lifestyle changes.

Managing insulin resistance is a long-term journey, much like PCOS. Instead of aiming for quick reversal, focus on building sustainable habits like weight training and a low-carb diet to keep your sugar stable.

I successfully put my Type 2 into remission. My advice is to stop falling for magical home remedies; instead, focus on calorie deficit, daily exercise, and regular blood glucose monitoring. That is the only real way.

Yes, you can achieve remission where your blood sugar stays normal without medicines. But keep in mind, you still have to maintain the healthy lifestyle, otherwise the blood sugar levels will climb right back up.

I can only tell you what worked for me. I dropped 12 kgs through portion control and daily cycling, and my HbA1c went down from 7.4 to 5.6 without medication. It takes hard work but it is worth it.
