Can you remove dandruff?

I've been having really bad dandruff issues lately, especially with the changing weather. I've tried a few anti-dandruff shampoos but nothing seems to work completely. Is there a permanent way to get rid of dandruff once and for all?

Honestly, what you put inside your body matters so much for your skin and scalp. When I cut down on heavy sweets and processed food, my scalp cleared up majorly. Try adding more flaxseeds and green leafy veggies to your daily diet.

Beta, don't worry, we have all dealt with this during our younger days. In our time, we just used warm mustard oil with a few drops of lemon before washing. It takes a little time but your hair will stay healthy and dandruff-free.

I tracked my lifestyle and noticed my dandruff flared up whenever my stress levels went up and sleep quality dropped. Keeping hydated and tracking my water intake actually helped improve my skin and scalp health. Try managing your stress levels too!

Don't waste money on expensive salon treatments. Just buy a simple anti-dandruff shampoo from any general store and use it regularly twice a week. Also, keep a separate towel and comb so it doesn't spread to other family members.

I feel your pain, itchy dandruff is so frustrating. I tried curd, aloe vera, and even onion juice over the years. Curd mixed with a little lemon juice applied for 20 minutes before a wash works best to soothe the itchiness naturally.

Oh god, dandruff is literally the worst, especially when you wear black tees to college! I just started using a salicylic acid scalp serum and it has been a lifesaver. No oily mess and it actually works pretty fast.

I can only tell you what worked for me after trying so many random things. An over-the-counter ketoconazole shampoo from the local pharmacy finally solved my issue. I used it twice a week and my scalp became totally clean.
