Can you reheat liver in the microwave?

My wife made liver curry yesterday and I have some leftover for lunch today. I usually just microwave everything, but someone told me that reheating liver might be different. Is it safe to do so, or should I avoid it?

Honestly I always get so scared about bacteria when reheating meat. Microwave can heat it very unevenly so some parts might stay cold. I prefer heating it on the tawa slowly just to be safe, otherwise it makes me super anxious.

Bro, I do this all the time with yesterday's liver fry. Just don't blast it on high power or it literally explodes and makes a huge mess. Keep the power low, heat for a minute, and it is perfectly fine to eat.

Yes, of course you can reheat it. Just use a microwave-safe lid so it retains some moisture and doesn't dry out. It’s quick and perfectly safe as long as it was stored in the fridge properly.

You can but please don't do it for too long! Liver gets rubbery and totally loses its juicy texture in the microwave. Just sprinkle some water and cover it, heat for barely 30-40 seconds to keep the soft texture alive.

My son is very fussy about eating liver, so I have to reheat it carefully. If I microwave it too much, it gets hard and he refuses to eat. I cover it with a damp paper towel and heat on medium power, it stays nice and soft for kids.

Haan bilkul kar sakte hain, but make sure to cover the plate na. Dry chicken ya liver microwave mein bilkul papad jaisa ban jata hai. Thoda sa paani ka chheenta maar ke reheat karo, mast soft rahega.

It is totally fine to reheat, just ensure it gets piping hot all the way through to kill any bacteria. Don't reheat the same portion more than once though. Take out only what you need and heat that.
