Can you recover from gum disease?

My dentist told me I have early gum disease and need to take better care of my oral hygiene. I'm scared it will get worse. Can you fully recover from gum disease with proper treatment and care, or is it something that just manages but never completely goes away?

I literally just finished my scaling and root planing treatment last month because my gums were bleeding constantly. Yes, you can absolutely recover, but you have to stop ignoring it and let a dentist do a deep cleaning. Once the plaque is gone, your gums will heal up nicely in a few weeks.

Gum health is closely linked to our overall body heat and digestion. While you must get a professional cleaning from a dentist, doing gentle oil pulling with pure cold-pressed sesame oil every morning really helped strengthen my gums. It keeps the mouth clean and calm in a very natural way.

Hey, don't stress too much about it! Almost everyone deals with bleeding gums at some point, it is super common. Just book a quick dental cleanup appointment, start using a soft-bristle brush, and it will be sorted out before you know it.

At fifty-seven, my teeth are trying to retire earlier than me because of poor gum health. But yes, my dentist did a thorough deep cleaning and saved my remaining teeth from falling out. Go get it cleaned professionally before you are forced to survive only on soup and dal.

Actually, yes, you can easily reverse it if it is just mild gingivitis, yaar. I had red, swollen gums but brushing twice daily and actually flossing made a huge difference. Don't wait till it becomes severe periodontitis where your teeth start shaking, just see a dentist soon.
