Can you live through a heart attack?

My family has a history of heart issues, and lately, I've been feeling some chest discomfort, which has made me quite anxious. I'm wondering about the survival chances during and after a heart attack. Can people really make it through and recover?

My father survived a severe heart attack ten years ago. While our family elders suggested various herbal remedies, we strictly trusted the cardiologist's prescriptions and timely checkups, which kept him healthy and active today.

I survived a cardiac event in 2021. You can definitely live a long life after it if you make immediate changes: cut out smoking, reduce salt and oil, and do moderate walks daily as advised by your rehab team.

Yes, survival rates are very high with modern care. Once recovered, practicing gentle pranayama like Anulom Vilom under expert guidance helps calm the nervous system and strengthens the cardiovascular system naturally.

My uncle had a heart attack last year during a family function and it was super scary. But the doctors treated him quickly, and now he is absolutely fine and even travels for work regularly.

I can only share that my elder brother had a heart attack at 42. He underwent a bypass surgery, took his prescribed medicines diligently, and is now living a completely normal, healthy life.
