Can you live longer with diabetes?

I've had type 2 diabetes for almost ten years now, and sometimes I feel a bit discouraged about it. My doctor always stresses managing it well. I'm hoping to understand what lifestyle changes can help me live a longer, healthier life despite my condition.

Yes, you can live a very long life. Regular practice of Mandukasana and Kapalbhati helps stimulate the pancreas naturally. Along with gentle yoga, keeping a calm mind is very important for managing blood sugar.

Actually yaar, my dad has had diabetes for 25 years and he is totally fine. It is all about managing your daily sweet cravings and taking meds on time. Don't stress, it's very common and manageable now.

Just like managing thyroid, diabetes requires regular HbA1c tests and constant follow-ups with your doctor. Never skip your consultations because keeping your levels stable prevents any long-term kidney or nerve issues.

If you control your tongue and avoid sweet gulab jamuns, you can live forever! Jokes aside, keeping diabetes in check is a daily battle, but with modern medicines, we can easily live a long life.

Absolutely! I use a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) app to track how different foods affect my sugar spike in real-time. Tracking your daily steps and keeping an active lifestyle makes a massive difference in your longevity.
