Can you have the flu without a fever?

I'm feeling really unwell with body aches, a runny nose, and fatigue, but I haven't had any fever. Can it still be the flu without a fever?

I completely understand how confusing it is when you feel so sick and fatigued but the thermometer shows normal. It makes you feel like you are just imagining things, which is so stressful. But yes, you can definitely have the flu without a fever, so please don't be hard on yourself and rest.

Yes, you can have the flu without a fever. Managing my PCOS has taught me to always listen to my body's subtle signs like extreme fatigue or joint pain, even if there's no temperature. Just take it easy, have warm home-cooked meals, and consult your doctor if you feel too exhausted.

Yeah, totally. I had the flu during college fest last year—no fever but my throat was sore, nose was running, and my whole body was aching. I just took some steam, slept for 10 hours, and felt way better. It definitely happens.

In my sixty years, I have seen many seasonal flus where there is no fever, only severe body stiffness and a heavy head. Don't worry, your body just needs some time to recover. Take some warm tulsi tea and get plenty of sleep, you will be fine in a few days.

Yes, absolutely! It is definitely possible to skip the fever but still have the sniffles and body aches. Keep yourself hydrated with some warm soups or coconut water and enjoy some rest. Get well soon!

Yes, you can have the flu without a fever. Your body is still working hard to fight the virus, so your workout recovery will be slower. I'd suggest skipping any heavy training, focusing on solid hydration, and eating clean, nutrient-dense meals until you feel 100% again.
