Listen, don't worry too much. It is actually very common to have a stomach virus without running any fever. Just make sure you are resting well, and drink small sips of warm water or coconut water throughout the day. If the pain gets too sharp, just let me know and we will get a doctor to check it.

My 8-year-old went through this exact same thing last week. He was vomiting and had cramps, but his temperature was absolutely normal the whole time. I just gave him light khichdi and kept him hydrated with home-made ORS. Keep an eye on your energy levels and don't force yourself to eat heavy food.

Yes, you can have it without a fever. Before you spend thousands on blood tests and lab reports at private clinics, just wait for a day or two and see if simple home rest works. If the stomach pain doesn't go away, then consult a local GP which will cost much less.

Yeah bro, totally possible. I had a bad stomach bug last month, pure body was aching and my stomach was a mess, but zero fever on the thermometer. Just drank a lot of water and slept it off for two days. It usually passes on its own.

Yes, you can have a stomach virus without a fever, but please don't start trying random home remedies or self-medicating based on online forums. If you have severe abdominal pain or can't keep fluids down, you need to see a qualified doctor. Let a professional diagnose what is actually wrong.

Actually, you can totally have it without a fever, yaar. I had this last week and my mom was saying it’s just heat, but it was a proper virus. I was feeling so low and nauseous, but temperature normal tha. Just take it easy for a couple of days.

Definitely, you can have a stomach virus without any fever. During this time, your gut is extremely sensitive, so please avoid dairy, oily foods, or raw salads. Stick to very simple, easily digestible foods like plain white rice with a little curd or boiled apple sauce to give your digestive tract some rest.

Yes, a stomach virus doesn't always come with a fever. Since you probably have work, don't let dehydration drag your energy down further. Take a sick day, drink plenty of fluids, and if you don't feel better by tomorrow morning, just consult an online doctor quickly so you can get back on track.
