Can you have phenomena without a fever?

Extremely fatigued and generally unwell for days, with some shortness of breath. But I don't have a cough, and definitely no fever. Is it possible to have something serious like pneumonia without these typical symptoms?

Assuming you mean pneumonia, yes, you can absolutely have it without running any fever at all. In fact, many older adults or people with weak immunity just get a bad cough and extreme fatigue instead of a temperature. If you are feeling short of breath, please don't wait and get to a doctor immediately.

Sometimes our body shows silent signs of illness without a hot fever, as everyone's healing journey is unique. Just keep your mind calm, drink some warm water, and rest as much as you can. Do consult a doctor to understand what your body is trying to tell you, take care.

Listen, don't wait for a high fever to show up if you are struggling to breathe or have a persistent deep cough. This 'silent' pneumonia is very common and can get risky if ignored. Just go to a proper clinic, get your chest checked by a doctor, and clear your doubts instead of sitting at home.

I was actually wondering the same thing because my chest feels so heavy and tight, but my thermometer shows absolutely normal temperature. Has anyone else experienced this kind of silent chest congestion without any fever? I am feeling a bit scared and planning to visit the clinic tomorrow morning.

In my years of practicing gentle breathing, I have seen that lung congestion or silent pneumonia can develop quietly without any high body temperature. If your breathing feels heavy or shallow, do not rely only on home remedies or pranayama right now. Please have a physician listen to your chest first.
