Can you have pcos without irregular periods?

Many symptoms point towards PCOS, like acne and difficulty losing weight. However, my periods are surprisingly regular, coming every month on time. Can a woman really have PCOS even if her menstrual cycles are not irregular?

Hey dear, don't stress too much! You can totally have PCOS even if your periods are perfectly on time every month. Sometimes other symptoms like stubborn acne, hair thinning, or small cysts on your ultrasound are what show it. Just book a quick chat with your gynac to be sure, okay?

Yes, it is possible, but please don't jump to conclusions based on online symptoms alone. PCOS is a complex hormonal syndrome, and you need a proper clinical evaluation to see if you meet the other diagnostic criteria. I highly suggest consulting a good endocrinologist for a safe diagnosis.

Keep your mind calm and peaceful, beta. Our bodies can show different signs at different times, but staying positive and eating simple, clean food is always the first step. Take care of your health and let a wise doctor guide you through the right path.

I am also trying to understand this because my periods are always regular, but I have been getting a lot of facial hair lately. Is it really possible to have PCOS without any cycle delays? If anyone else has faced this, please tell me what tests I should get done first.

Haan, you can definitely have PCOS with regular cycles, na. Actually, many girls don't even realize they have it because their dates are perfect, but then they see sudden weight gain or hair fall. Best is to go get a pelvic scan done, doctor immediately clear kar denge.
