Can you have pcos and fibroids at the same time?

Recently, I was told I have uterine fibroids because of heavy bleeding. But I also struggle with irregular periods, acne, and some hair growth, which sound like PCOS symptoms. Can a person have both PCOS and uterine fibroids concurrently?

Hey, don't stress too much, okay? It is actually quite common to have both PCOS and fibroids together because both are related to hormonal imbalances in our body. Just book a quick visit with your gynecologist to get a proper ultrasound done, it will clear all your doubts and you will feel much better.

I have struggled with both these issues, and while medical treatment is necessary, drinking warm ginger water and reducing refined sugar really helped me with the bloating and heavy bleeding. But remember, home remedies are only to support your body, you must get a proper scan to check the size of the fibroids.

Yes, it is totally possible to have both! 🌸 But please don't let it ruin your peace of mind. Lots of girls manage this beautifully with the right guidance from their doc. Sending you lots of positive vibes and strength! ✨

Sister, please do not worry, God will make everything alright. Many women in our neighborhood have both these problems and they manage with proper medication. Just eat simple home-cooked meals, don't lift heavy things, and go show a good doctor in town.

Haha, our uterus really likes to collect health issues like they are limited edition stamps, doesn't it? Having both PCOS and fibroids is totally possible but don't worry, it's not a dead end. Get a doctor to check them out and they will easily make a plan to manage both.

Yes, you can have both, but you must get a proper diagnosis because fibroids can grow and cause heavy bleeding or severe pelvic pain. Do not rely on self-diagnosis or online forums for this. Please consult a qualified gynecologist and get a pelvic ultrasound done immediately to check the size and location of the fibroids.
