Can you have kids with pcos?

I have PCOS and my husband and I are planning to start a family. I'm really concerned about whether it's possible for me to have kids with PCOS.

Yes, absolutely! I have seen so many people in my gym manage their PCOS with strength training and clean eating, and they conceived naturally. Focus on lifting weights and eating balanced meals with good proteins to manage your insulin levels. It really makes a huge difference.

Of course you can, so don't lose hope. My own cousin has severe PCOS and now she has two kids who run around and exhaust her completely! It might take some extra doctor visits and patience, but it is 100% possible.

Please don't blindly follow random home remedies or Instagram reels claiming to cure PCOS infertility. Go see a proper reproductive endocrinologist or gynecologist. They will do the right scans and guide you with actual science.

Haan bilkul ho sakte hain bacche, tension mat lo yaar. Meri wife ko bhi PCOS tha but proper medication aur thoda lifestyle change se sab set ho gaya. Doctor se consult karo aur positive raho, simple hai na.

Definitely possible, dear friend. Just keep a peaceful mind and don't let the stress block your body's natural energy. Take care of your health, eat clean, and trust the process. Everything happens at the right time.

Yes, but you have to keep your hormones in check. Just like my thyroid, PCOS requires regular blood tests and adjusting your treatment with a specialist. Keep track of your ovulation and stay in touch with your doctor regularly.
