Can you have covid without a fever?

My kids have a slight cold, and I'm feeling a bit rundown too, but nobody has a fever. In our family, when someone gets sick, it usually means a fever. I'm just curious if it's possible to get COVID without developing a fever, especially with the new variants.

Yes, dear. Sometimes the body fights the virus quietly without generating heat. Stay positive, drink warm herbal tea, and rest well. God will heal everything.

Yes, you can. I had no fever but ended up with severe lung congestion because I ignored my cough. Please do not assume you are safe just because you don't have a temperature. See a doctor immediately.

When I tested positive, my temperature was a flat 98.4 the entire time. I only had a bad headache and loss of taste. That was my personal experience with it.

Yes, my mother always says warm pepper rasam cures everything, but when we had Covid without fever, we still consulted our family doctor. It's always best to follow professional medical advice rather than guessing.

Absolutely. My ten-year-old just had a mild stuffy nose and no fever at all, but tested positive. Just keep them isolated, give them plenty of warm liquids, and monitor their breathing carefully.
