Can you have colon cancer without bleeding?

I've heard that blood in stool is a big sign of colon issues, including cancer. I've been having some digestive discomfort, but there's definitely no bleeding. Is it possible to have something serious like colon cancer even if there's no visible blood?

Yes, son, you can have it without any visible bleeding. While keeping your stomach clear with high-fiber food and warm water is good for daily health, please do not rely only on home tips if you suspect something serious. Go see a doctor.

Absolutely. Just like thyroid issues, colon issues can hide inside without showing obvious signs like blood. You should go for regular checkups and follow up with a doctor for a proper stool occult blood test which catches hidden blood.

Yes, the body can sometimes carry illness silently without showing blood. Stay positive, keep your mind calm, and let a good doctor examine you to ensure everything is fine.

Oh God, this is my biggest fear, that something is wrong inside but there's no blood or sign! Yes, it can totally happen. Please get a colonoscopy done if you are worried so you can sleep peacefully at night.

Yes, colon cancer can progress without visible bleeding. If you have chronic constipation or gas, don't ignore it. Book a quick gastroenterologist consult online to save time and get clarity.

Haan, bilkul ho sakta hai. Bleeding hona zaroori nahi hai, kai baar silent hota hai sab kuch. Doctor ko dikha lo ek baar to be 100% sure, na.

Yes, microscopic bleeding might occur which you can't see with the naked eye. I track my health metrics and always tell people that regular stool tests are crucial because visible blood isn't always present.

Yes, it can. People think bleeding is the main sign, but you can be digesting your food perfectly fine without any blood and still have it. Don't wait for scary symptoms to get a checkup.
