Can you have chills and no fever?

For the past two days, I've been getting these random chills, feeling cold suddenly. But when I check my temperature, there's absolutely no fever. Is it possible to experience chills without having a fever?

Yes, absolutely. Sometimes post-workout exhaustion, low blood sugar, or dehydration can give you crazy chills without any fever. Make sure you are eating enough carbs and keeping your electrolytes up before you panic.

Please don't ignore this. I once had constant chills with no fever and thought it was just the AC, but it turned out to be a deep internal infection that got worse because I delayed. Go get a basic doctor checkup before it escalates.

I used to get severe chills without any fever and it made me feel like I was losing my mind because the thermometer showed normal. It is so frustrating when your body feels like ice but there is no medical 'proof'. It turned out to be severe anxiety and fatigue, so please know your symptoms are real.

Hey, don't stress too much! Chills without fever are actually super common, sometimes it's just your body reacting to extreme fatigue or a mild cold. Grab a warm blanket, drink some hot soup, and see how you feel in the morning.

Haan na, chills can definitely happen without fever. Mujhe cold weather ya normal viral me bhi shivering hoti hai but temperature bilkul normal rehta hai. Dry ginger tea pi lo and rest karo thoda, farak padega.
