Can you have cancer with normal blood work?

My mother passed away from cancer, and I always get nervous about my health. I just had my annual check-up, and all my blood work came back completely normal. Still, sometimes I worry if someone can have cancer even if all the initial blood tests look fine.

Actually yes, even my bio prof mentioned this once. Basic blood work doesn't show everything, especially early stage stuff. Better to get it checked by a proper doc instead of trusting standard lab reports blindly.

Yes, this is very common because many cancers don't release markers into your bloodstream early on. If you have symptoms like persistent pain or a lump, please go to a specialist. Standard CBC reports can't give a full clean chit, so deeper imaging is usually needed.

Hey, don't stress too much or spiral into Google searches! But yes, normal blood work is actually quite common even when someone has cancer. Just book a quick consultation with a specialist to get real peace of mind, yaar.

Yes, even super fit people with perfect blood panels can sometimes get diagnosed. Blood work is just one piece of the puzzle. While getting a professional opinion, keep focusing on good clean fuel for your body and mild workouts if you feel up to it.

Beta, normal blood reports can sometimes miss these things. While you consult a good doctor for advanced tests, try to keep your digestion clean with warm water and fresh home-cooked meals. Don't stress too much, just get the checkup done.

I literally went through this last year. My CBC and liver panels were absolutely perfect, but a sonography finally caught the mass. Please don't rely only on blood tests if you feel something is wrong inside your body.

Absolutely. I monitor my blood reports constantly for my diabetes, and my doctor told me that cancer screenings require entirely different scans and biopsies. Don't take a normal blood report as the final word if symptoms are still lingering.
