Can you have both osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis?

My knee pain feels different from the pain in my finger joints. I'm wondering if one person can actually have both osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis at the same time?

Yes, a person can suffer from both. At this stage of life, keeping joints warm with a mild sesame oil massage can help with the stiffness of osteoarthritis, but for the rheumatoid arthritis inflammation, you must strictly follow the doctor's tablets.

Yes, you can have both. Just like I have to monitor my thyroid levels regularly, you need to get your rheumatoid factor and ESR checked often while tracking your joint wear. Regular doctor visits are the only way to manage these conditions together.

Ho na, it is very much possible to have both. Osteo usually affects the big joints like knees, and rheumatoid targets the fingers. It is very painful, so please consult a specialist soon.

Oh man, managing both must be tough, especially when doctors tell you to avoid fried foods and junk to reduce inflammation. I had to cut down on my favorite chole bhature to help my joint pain, and honestly, it does make a difference!

Our bodies go through many trials, and having both types of arthritis is indeed a heavy burden. Keep your mind peaceful through meditation and take proper care of your physical health. Blessings for your recovery.
