Can you have arthritis in your lower back?

My lower back pain has been getting worse and it's quite stiff in the mornings. My mother has arthritis, so I was wondering if you can have arthritis specifically in your lower back?

Yes, arthritis in the lower back is quite common as the body ages. Stay positive, keep your mind peaceful, and do light stretches daily if your body allows. Taking care of your health is a beautiful way of respecting life.

Ho na, lower back arthritis is very common actually. My neighbor had such bad stiffness in the morning, she could barely bend down. It is always better to get an X-ray done and show a good doctor instead of suffering quietly.

Yes, spinal arthritis is a real thing. Strengthening your core muscles and doing low-impact exercises like swimming can really help support your lower back. Just make sure to get a proper diagnosis first so you don't do any wrong movements.

Don't buy those random herbal oils or belts advertised online to cure back arthritis. Yes, you can have arthritis there, but only an orthopedic doctor can confirm it through an X-ray or MRI. Get a proper medical opinion and don't waste money on internet gimmicks.

Yes, you can have osteoarthritis in the facet joints of your lower back. I track my daily steps and posture on my smartwatch to manage my own back stiffness. Using an ergonomic chair and doing light physical therapy can make a huge difference.
