Can you have appendicitis without fever?

My stomach has been hurting really bad, especially on the right side, for about a day now. But I don't have any fever. Can it still be appendicitis even without a temperature?

Yes, bhaiya, it can happen without fever also. My neighbor's son only had bad pain on the right side of his stomach but no fever. Please don't ignore it, go to a good doctor in the city quickly.

Honestly, my newborn has kept me awake for 48 hours, so my brain is barely working, but yes, appendicitis without fever is totally real. My cousin had it last year – just constant, weird stomach pain that wouldn't go away. Don't wait for a fever to start packing your hospital bag.

Yes, you can have appendicitis without a fever. Sometimes we fitness folks think it's just a muscle pull from heavy squats or indigestion from high protein, but it can be the appendix. If the pain is sharp on the lower right side, get it checked immediately.

Beta, yes it is possible. In our days, we used to drink warm ajwain water for stomach aches, but if the pain is severe and on the right side, no home remedy should be used. Appendicitis is serious, so show a doctor without any delay.

For diabetic patients like us, symptoms can be very different and sometimes we don't even get a high fever during acute infections. If you have any persistent abdominal pain, do not try to manage it with dietary changes or ignore it. Please visit a hospital immediately.

Yes, sister, it is very much possible to have it without a fever. My aunt told me to give some herbal paste for stomach pain, but I insisted on taking my nephew to the hospital, and it was indeed appendicitis. Always trust a medical scan over old assumptions.

I was actually researching this online because my roommate has been complaining of lower right stomach pain but has no temperature. It seems a significant percentage of adults with appendicitis don't show any fever in the early stages. Better to get a quick ultrasound done.

Yes, you can. When dealing with acute abdominal issues like this, do not attempt any workouts, heavy lifting, or even brisk walking as it can worsen the situation. Rest completely and get a professional diagnosis from a doctor immediately.

Appendicitis is a medical emergency that can lead to rupture if left untreated, even if there is no fever. Any severe or escalating abdominal pain must be evaluated by a surgeon immediately. Please do not take this lightly and go to the ER.

With thyroid issues, I know how body signals can be confusing, and appendicitis without fever is definitely one of them. Do not wait or ignore the pain thinking it is just gas. Get a proper physical exam and ultrasound done at a clinic.

Don't panic, but yes, you can have appendicitis without a fever. The pain is usually the main symptom, not the temperature. Just go to a nearby clinic and let a doctor take a look, it is better to be safe and get it checked early.

Keep your mind calm and positive. While prayer and positive thoughts give us inner strength, we must also respect medical science. If you have stomach pain, please seek a doctor's care immediately, even if there is no fever. Take care.

Yes, absolutely. My 10-year-old daughter had appendicitis last year and her temperature was completely normal. She only had persistent nausea and pain around her belly button that shifted to the right. Please get a doctor's opinion, don't wait for a fever to develop.

Yes, you can! 😊 It's a common myth that you always need a fever for appendicitis. If the pain is sharp and hurts when you press on the lower right side, please visit a doctor soon to get it sorted!

I didn't know this was possible, I thought fever was always there. My lower right stomach has been hurting slightly since morning. Should I get an ultrasound done directly or consult a general physician first?
