Can you have a kidney infection and not know it?

I've been feeling a dull ache in my back and sometimes feel tired, but nothing severe. My friend recently found out she had a kidney infection late. Can you have a kidney infection and not even realize it's happening for a while?

Haan na, starting me toh bilkul samajh nahi aata. Mild back pain lagta hai bas aur lagta hai thoda thakan hogi. But please neglect mat karo, ignore karne se infection badh sakta hai.

I completely understand how tricky this is, as my sister went through it. She thought it was just muscular pain and kept using hot water bags and drinking coconut water for relief. By the time we got a urine test done, the infection had spread quite a bit, so please get tested soon.

Actually, you can miss the initial signs if you are used to ignoring minor back pain. I had a similar scare last year where I had no major pain, just a bit of weakness and dark urine. Get a simple urine routine test done; it is cheap, fast, and saves you from a lot of future trouble.

Dekho boss, directly kidney infection chupchap nahi rehta, thode signals toh deta hi hai. But yes, initially log isko normal back ache ya urine me halki jalan samajh ke chhod dete hain. Agar achanak se thand lag ke fever aaye toh bina time waste kiye doctor ko dikhao.

Garmi ke dino me dehydration se bhi urine me thodi jalan hone lagti hai aur log ignore kar dete hain. Main toh hamesha dahi-chaas aur khub saara paani peene ko kehti hoon. Par agar back me heavy dard hai aur thik nahi ho raha, toh seedha doctor ke paas jaana hi sabse safe hai.
