Can you have a heart attack without pain?

My grandfather had a heart attack and he didn't complain of any significant pain beforehand, only a bit of breathlessness. This has made me concerned. Can a heart attack happen to someone without them feeling any pain?

Yes, absolutely. For diabetic patients like us, high blood sugar can damage the nerves over time, meaning you might not feel any chest pain during an attack. It is very important to manage your sugar levels strictly and get regular cardiac checkups.

Yes, silent attacks can happen and might just feel like severe gas or mild choking. While having warm ajwain water is helpful for general acidity, please do not ignore sudden heavy sweating or breathlessness. Rush to the doctor immediately if you feel these.

Yes, silent heart attacks are actually quite common, especially in women. Instead of chest pain, we might just feel unusually tired, nauseous, or have a strange ache in the jaw or back. It's so important to listen to our bodies and not ignore these signs.

Haan babu, bina dard ke bhi dil ka daura pad sakta hai. Bahut log sochte hain ki jab tak tez dard na ho tab tak sab thik hai, par aisa nahi hai. Agar achanak bohot pasina aaye ya saans lene mein takleef ho, toh turant doctor ke paas jaana chahiye.

Yes, it can happen without pain, sometimes showing up as just extreme tiredness or a choking sensation in the throat. Eating fresh, home-cooked food and avoiding excess salt is good for the heart. But if someone suddenly feels faint or is sweating heavily, skip home remedies and take them to a hospital.

Yes, silent heart attacks do happen. I once panicked and rushed to the clinic because I had sudden sweating and mild nausea without any pain, but thankfully it was just food poisoning. It's always reassuring to get checked by a doctor to know for sure.

Wow, this is scary because I always thought a heart attack meant dramatic chest pain like in the movies. If it can happen silently, I really need to be more careful about my late-night oily street food cravings. Time to focus on health!
