Can you have a heart attack without knowing?

Sometimes I feel really tired or just generally unwell, and then I worry. I've heard about 'silent' heart attacks. Is it truly possible to have a heart attack without even knowing it happened?

Yes, it can happen without classic symptoms, especially in women. I once panicked completely thinking my mild breathing issues meant I had a silent attack, but my doctor checked and assured me it was just stress-induced hyperventilation. It's scary, but a simple checkup can clear your doubts.

Yes, silent heart attacks are a real thing, and people sometimes only find out later during a routine ECG. A clean diet and keeping your heart strong through regular cardio helps prevent this silent damage. Make sure you don't skip your yearly health checks.

Yeah, actually you can. I read about 'silent heart attacks' where people just feel slightly tired or think they have bad indigestion, but it's actually a mild attack. It's crazy how the body can hide something so big.

Yes, my child, silent attacks can happen without major pain. It is important to stay positive, live a peaceful life, and take care of your body as a temple. Regular doctor visits and a calm mind will help keep you safe.

This is very true, especially for diabetic patients like me. High sugar levels can damage the nerves, so you might not feel any chest pain at all during an attack. We must be very careful with our diet, keep sugar under strict control, and never ignore sudden sweating or fatigue.

This thought literally gives me sleepless nights! The fact that you can have an attack and not even know it is terrifying. If you feel any unusual fatigue or shortness of breath, please go get an ECG done just to be safe and put your mind at ease.
