Can you have a heart attack with low blood pressure?

I generally have low blood pressure, so heart attacks always seemed less likely for me. But I had a dizzy spell recently and it made me think. Can a person have a heart attack even if their blood pressure is typically low?

Ah, the joys of getting older! My blood pressure is usually low to normal, but my doctor told me that won't save me from a heart attack if I keep eating samosas. Low BP doesn't mean your arteries can't get blocked, so keep an eye on those cholesterol numbers.

Hey, don't stress too much about this! While high BP is a major risk factor, having low BP doesn't make someone completely immune to heart issues. Just focus on a healthy lifestyle and get regular screenings done to be safe.

Yes, low blood pressure people can also face heart issues. To keep your system healthy, drinking beetroot juice or eating a few soaked almonds daily is very good. But if you feel sudden chest pain, sweating, or severe dizziness, please go to a clinic immediately.

I always had low BP, so I never worried about my heart. But last year, I had severe breathing trouble which turned out to be a blockage issue. Don't ignore symptoms thinking low BP is a shield, please visit a doctor if you feel unusual fatigue or chest tightness.

Beta, heart attacks depend on many things like artery blockages, not just blood pressure. Keep your mind calm with daily prayers and try drinking a glass of warm water with a spoon of honey in the morning. Always stay in touch with your family doctor.

From what I've learned while managing my own hormonal and metabolic health, low BP doesn't automatically protect your heart. Blockages can still develop silently due to poor diet or stress. It is always wise to be cautious and get a full lipid profile done.

I have chronically low BP and I often feel dizzy, but now I'm worried it could be something worse. Does anyone else with low BP get sharp pains in the chest and wonder if it's a heart issue? This is really making me feel quite anxious.
