Can you have a heart attack from lack of sleep?

I've been working night shifts for months and my sleep schedule is completely messed up; I barely get 4-5 hours a day. I'm starting to feel quite unwell physically and mentally. Can lack of proper sleep actually contribute to or even cause a heart attack?

Bro, sleep deprivation is no joke. I used to sleep only 3-4 hours during my exams and ended up in the clinic with severe chest palpitations and high blood pressure. While a direct heart attack might not happen overnight, chronic lack of sleep puts massive stress on your heart. Get your 7-8 hours, seriously.

Hey, don't worry too much, skipping sleep for one or two nights won't suddenly cause a heart attack. But over a long period, chronic sleep deprivation definitely strains your cardiovascular system. Try to set a proper bedtime routine and if you feel persistent chest tightness, please visit a doctor.

Beta, hamare bade-bujurg hamesha kehte the ki achhi neend hi sabse badi dawai hai. Agar aap dhang se nahi soyenge, toh sharir kamzor hoga aur dil par dabav badhega. Kam se kam 7 ghante chain ki neend lijiye aur agar chhati mein dard ho toh turant bade doctor ko dikhaiye.

Having thyroid issues has taught me how much lack of sleep can mess with your heart rate and hormones. While sleep loss alone might not directly cause an immediate heart attack, it severely impacts your overall health. I highly suggest getting regular thyroid and blood pressure tests done, and consulting your doctor if you face sleep issues.

Actually yaar, chronic sleep deprivation raises your cortisol levels and blood pressure, which is a major risk factor for heart issues. I used to pull crazy all-nighters for work until my doctor warned me about cardiac health. Please prioritize your sleep, it is not worth risking your life for work.
