Can you get sick from lack of sleep?

I've been pulling a lot of all-nighters for work lately, and I feel constantly tired and run down. I've also been catching colds very easily. Is it possible that not getting enough sleep makes you more likely to fall ill?

Yes, you absolutely can get sick if you don't sleep enough. Your body needs that rest to rebuild its immunity, so please shut your phone and go to bed early tonight. Take care of yourself.

Haan bilkul, sleep thodi bhi kharab ho toh headache aur acidity hone lagti hai na. Meray sath toh hamesha hota hai jab mai late night movies dekhta hoon. Try to get at least 7 hours, bro.

Dude, during our semester exams, I stayed up for three nights straight and ended up with a crazy fever and sore throat. My immunity just crashed. Sleep deprivation is honestly no joke, don't do it.

If you fall sick due to bad sleep habits, you will end up spending thousands on doctor consultations and blood tests. It is much cheaper and easier to just fix your sleep schedule for free.

Hey, don't stress too much if you had a couple of bad nights, it happens to everyone. Just try to keep a warm cup of milk before bed and try to wind down early today, okay?

In my 20s, I could sleep for 4 hours and run a marathon. Now, if I miss my 10 PM bedtime by even one hour, my stomach complains and my head spins the entire next day!
