Can you get psoriasis on your foot?

I've got this really dry, cracked skin on the soles of my feet that sometimes gets itchy and even bleeds. I've tried moisturizing, but nothing seems to help. Could this be a form of psoriasis?

Yes, you can absolutely get it on your feet! 😊 It is called palmoplantar psoriasis. Just make sure to keep your feet moisturized and wear comfortable cotton socks.

I got these crazy dry patches on my soles last year and thought it was just bad shoe bite. Turned out to be psoriasis. Moisturizing like crazy and getting a proper steroid cream from the doc helped me get back to running.

At this age, my feet already ache, and psoriasis just adds to the fun! Yes, it can affect the soles of your feet. Get some good medicated creams from a doctor before it starts cracking and hurting.

I totally get it, having itchy and painful scales on your feet makes even standing up so difficult. Please don't walk barefoot and use a gentle moisturizer. Hope you find relief very soon!

Yes, foot psoriasis is very common and can cause painful cracks, making it hard to walk. I always advise people to apply a thick layer of moisturizer or petroleum jelly and wear soft shoes. Do visit a doctor for proper ointments.

Haan bhai, pairon mein bhi psoriasis ho sakta hai. Hamare chacha ko tha, pair ke neeche bahut khujli hoti thi. Aap achhe doctor ko dikhao aur roz thoda nariyal tel lagaya karo, aaram milega.
