Can you get psoriasis in your mouth?

I have psoriasis on different parts of my body, but recently I've noticed some white patches and soreness inside my mouth, especially on my tongue. I'm concerned if this is another manifestation. Can you get psoriasis in your mouth?

Actually, oral psoriasis is super rare, yaar. Sometimes people confuse it with normal mouth ulcers or fungal infections. It is best to get a biopsy or a proper checkup from a dentist or skin specialist before getting stressed out.

Haan yaar, oral psoriasis actually ho sakta hai, though it is quite rare. White or red patches ban jaate hain cheeks ke andar or tongue pe. Par khud se dukan se koi ointment mat le lena, doctor ko dikhana zaroori hai na.

My son had some white patches in his mouth and we got so worried it was psoriasis. Our doctor told us to avoid spicy food and gave a soothing gel. Please get a proper diagnosis because children's mouth tissues are very delicate.

If you are noticing patches in your mouth, don't waste time researching on forums. Book a quick weekend appointment with a dermatologist. Early diagnosis means you get the right medicated mouthwash and can get back to work pain-free.

Mouth psoriasis sounds like a absolute nightmare for anyone who loves golgappas and spicy biryani! If you do have it, you'll have to pause the spicy cravings for a bit and stick to cool, bland foods till the doctor cures it.

I totally get it, having any pain or irritation inside your mouth is so frustrating and makes even talking difficult. Please see a specialist who can give you the right treatment, and try to drink cold water to soothe the burning feeling.
