Look, cervical cancer is a serious medical condition. Pregnancy can still happen, but it can be highly risky for both you and the baby depending on the stage. Don't take any chances, talk to an oncologist and your OB-GYN immediately.

My relative was diagnosed with early-stage cervical cancer and she was advised to undergo treatment first before planning any family. Every case is different, so I can only suggest discussing your treatment plan in detail with your doctor.

It is technically possible to conceive, but cervical cancer treatments like surgery or radiation can impact your fertility and the pregnancy itself. It is so important to prioritize your health first, so please consult a good doctor.
