Can you get fever blisters in your mouth?

My son has developed a few small, painful blisters inside his mouth recently, and he's finding it hard to eat. We usually see them on lips. Can you get fever blisters in your mouth, not just outside?

Actually yaar, those are mostly canker sores if they are inside the mouth, fever blisters usually happen outside on lips. But they are equally painful, literally can't eat anything properly for a week.

I got something similar inside my cheek and it hurts when I swallow. Are fever blisters different from normal mouth ulcers we get when our stomach is upset? If someone can explain, it would be really helpful.

My sleeping schedule is so ruined that my mouth has become a playground for these ulcers and blisters. Half the time I can't even drink my survival coffee peacefully. Just sleep for 8 hours and watch them vanish honestly.

My 10-year-old gets these inside his mouth during exam times due to heat and anxiety. I give him plenty of fresh buttermilk and avoid giving anything spicy or hot. If it stays more than a week, please show it to a doctor.

Bro, I get these inside my lower lip whenever I eat too much junk or spicy food. It's super irritating. I usually apply some Ora-rexl gel which numbs the pain so I can at least eat my dinner.
