Can you get erectile dysfunction from ejaculating too much?

A friend of mine was joking about how 'too much activity' can lead to problems downstairs. I've always heard different things about this. Does ejaculating frequently actually cause erectile dysfunction?

Honestly, I don't think it causes permanent damage or ED. When dealing with PCOS I realized how much stress affects our hormones, and it's probably the same for men too. Just don't overthink it and keep a track of your fatigue levels.

Arrey chill, your machine won't break from over-use, you will just get tired. I barely sleep 4 hours a night and feel like a zombie, of course performance will drop if you are completely exhausted. Take a break and sleep first!

Physically it doesn't cause ED directly, but poor blood circulation and stamina can make things difficult. If your doc says you're fine, start with brisk walking for 30 minutes daily and eat clean. Active lifestyle makes a huge difference in pelvic health.

I was actually wondering about this too but was too shy to ask anyone. Is it true that too much masturbation can cause temporary weakness, or is it just a myth we hear in college? Hope someone can guide on this.

Listen bhai, keep some gap and let your body recover, simple logic. Nothing will stop working permanently, but you are draining your energy. Eat good food, focus on your work, and don't spend all day thinking about this stuff.
