Can you get breast cancer at 20?

My friend's elder sister was diagnosed with breast cancer recently, and she's only 22. This has really scared me as I'm 20. Is it possible to get breast cancer at 20 years old?

It is rare but possible. If you need to get an ultrasound or scan, check government hospitals or diagnostic chains like Thyrocare as they are much cheaper than big private hospitals. Always plan your health insurance early so these things are covered.

Honestly bro, yes you can. My college friend was just 21 when she found a lump and it turned out to be serious. Don't ignore any changes thinking you're too young, just get it checked.

I was reading up on this recently because of a scare. While the risk at 20 is extremely low, medical research says it still happens occasionally. Better to know your body and do regular self-exams.

Please do not panic as fear also harms the body. While it is quite rare at such a young age, staying mindful of physical changes is important. I always suggest keeping a calm mind and consulting a proper gynaecologist.

Please don't take this lightly or wait it out. I delayed getting a small painful area checked thinking I was too young, and it caused a lot of complications later. Get an expert doctor's opinion immediately.
