Can you get arthritis young?

I've been experiencing joint pain in my knees and fingers since my late teens. Everyone says arthritis is an old person's disease. Is it possible to get arthritis when you're still young?

Don't think this is only an old person's disease, beta. My own niece got diagnosed in her late twenties, but she managed it beautifully with early care and regular active lifestyle.

Haan na, people think arthritis means only grandmas get it, but actually, even college kids are getting diagnosed these days. Lifestyle changes and early checkups make a big difference, honestly.

Please get it checked by a specialist immediately. I ignored my joint pain at 25 thinking it was just gym fatigue, and the delay caused unnecessary damage to my knee joints.

Yes, autoimmune types like rheumatoid arthritis can absolutely affect younger adults. It is best to consult a rheumatologist early on for proper blood tests to get an accurate diagnosis.

It can be shocking to face this at a young age, I understand. Along with your doctor's medicine, try having warm milk with turmeric and organic ginger daily to help soothe the joint inflammation naturally.
