Can you get arthritis in your wrists?

I work on the computer all day, and my wrists have started to feel very stiff and achy, particularly in the mornings. I'm worried it might be something serious. Can you get arthritis in your wrists at my age?

Wrist pain can be due to arthritis, but it could also be carpal tunnel or tendonitis. Please get a proper diagnosis from an orthopedic doctor before starting any self-treatment.

Yes, you can get it there, especially if you do repetitive typing or hand movements. I usually tell people to try a simple wrist splint at night to keep the joint stable and resting.

Yes, absolutely. Wrist arthritis is quite common, especially if you have had any old injuries there.

I was struggling with severe wrist pain for months and thought it was just laptop strain. Turned out to be early arthritis, but regular physiotherapy and daily wrist stretches have almost completely cured the stiffness.

I have been feeling this dull ache in my left wrist for weeks now and I'm really worried it's arthritis. Does anyone else get a clicking sound when they rotate their wrist?
