Can you get arthritis in your arm?

I've been experiencing a dull ache and stiffness in my arm, not specifically my shoulder or elbow, but more generally in the arm itself. My mother has arthritis in her hands, so I'm wondering if similar pain in the arm could also be arthritis. Can arthritis affect the whole arm region?

Yes, arthritis can affect the elbow, wrist, or shoulder joints in your arm. If you lift weights, make sure your form is correct and focus on eating anti-inflammatory foods like walnuts and turmeric to support your joints.

I have arthritis in my right elbow and wrist. The best advice is to avoid lifting heavy buckets or bags with that hand, and use hot and cold compress therapy alternatively to manage the morning stiffness.

Haan bhai, bilkul ho sakta hai, arm joints are also prone to arthritis. Don't sit and wait for it to cure itself. Go get an X-ray done and show it to a specialist.

Yes, you can get it. My cousin got early arthritis in her wrist because of constant typing and an old injury. She uses an ergonomic keyboard now and takes regular breaks, which has helped her immensely.

Yes, it is possible. I have been feeling a dull ache in my left arm joints lately and I'm really worried. Has anyone else experienced this kind of pain starting out of nowhere?

Yes, arthritis can present in any joint of the arm. Please do not self-diagnose or try random home remedies. It is much safer to visit a doctor and get proper clinical tests done.
