Can you freeze cooked liver?

We often cook chicken liver or mutton liver at home. Sometimes there's extra after dinner. Can we freeze cooked liver to eat later, or is it better to finish it fresh?

Yes, you can! Thank god for freezers because cooking daily is impossible with my schedule. Just thaw it in the fridge overnight, reheat, and pray you didn't overcook it into rubber.

Though I am a vegetarian, my non-veg friends always freeze cooked liver. Just make sure to wrap it properly to prevent freezer burn and retain whatever nutrients remain.

Look, simple answer is yes. Just don't keep freezing and thawing it again and again. Once frozen, take it out, heat it thoroughly, and finish it off.

Haan bhai, aram se freeze kar sakte ho. Humare ghar pe bhi bach jata hai toh deep freezer mein rakh dete hain. Garam karke kha lo, bilkul theek rehta hai.

Haan beta, cooked liver freezes perfectly. Just divide it into small portions before putting it in the freezer. That way you only heat what you want to eat.
