Can you feel your liver healing?

I'm recovering from a minor liver issue, and I've been feeling some strange sensations in my upper abdomen. Is it possible to physically feel your liver healing, or is that just my imagination?

My grandmother always said that eating less oil and drinking warm water helps the liver cool down. But scientifically, you don't feel 'healing' directly; you just notice your digestion getting better, less bloating, and energy levels returning to normal.

I wish my liver would send me a WhatsApp message saying 'healing in progress'! Since it doesn't, you mostly just realize it when you stop feeling like a zombie and that constant heavy ache on your right side finally disappears.

I am new to this and recently got diagnosed with mild fatty liver. I've started eating healthy, but I was wondering, do the liver blood test numbers (SGOT/SGPT) go down quickly when it starts healing?

Ha beta, jab liver theek hone lagta hai toh sharir halka lagne lagta hai. Bhookh achhi lagti hai, aur pehle jo pet bhari-bhari rehta tha woh dard dheere-dheere khatam ho jata hai.

Actually yaar, you won't feel any magic spark when it heals. But when your SGPT levels start dropping and that constant sluggishness goes away, that's when you know your lifestyle changes are actually working.
