Can you feel lung cancer?

Been having a persistent cough and sometimes feel a strange sensation in my chest. My uncle had lung cancer, so I'm very anxious. Wanted to know if you can actually feel lung cancer, maybe as a lump, a distinct pain, or other physical signs in the chest area?

As a parent, I always worry when anyone in the house gets a persistent cough that doesn't go away. Lung cancer itself often doesn't have feeling in the early stages, but it can show up as a constant chest ache or shortness of breath. Please don't delay, take your family member to a good doctor for a chest X-ray.

I am a bit hesitant to ask, but my father has had a dry cough for almost two months now and he is refusing to visit the clinic. Can lung issues start like a simple seasonal allergy, or is a long-lasting cough a direct reason to worry? If anyone has faced this, please guide me on how to convince him to see a doctor.

Haan yaar, lung issues ka early stage pe pata chalna thoda mushkil hota hai, na? But if there is a continuous cough, chest pain, or coughing up blood, then it is a major warning sign. Don't sit at home taking cough syrups, immediately go to a specialist and get a CT scan done.

I completely panicked last winter when I had a sharp pain in my chest while breathing, immediately worrying it was lung cancer. It turned out to be just a mild case of bronchitis that cleared up with basic medication. If you have symptoms, don't jump to the worst conclusion, but definitely get a doctor to check it to ease your mind.

Lung cancer is often painless in its early stages and is usually detected through medical imaging. If you are experiencing a persistent cough, chest discomfort, or breathing difficulties, please consult a doctor for a proper checkup. Take care of yourself.

I agree that lung cancer itself is rarely felt directly, but its secondary symptoms like chest pain or breathing issues are what we notice. If you have any of these persistent signs, please seek professional medical advice without delay.
