Can you feel liver inflammation?

My doctor recently said I have some signs of inflammation in my body, and I'm worried about my liver. I've been feeling a general malaise and some discomfort in my upper right abdomen. Can liver inflammation actually be felt as a specific pain or symptom in that area?

In my journey with yoga, I have learned that our body signals liver inflammation through a sense of heavy lethargy and dull pressure on the right side. Practicing gentle twisting poses and pranayama can help digestion, but you must listen to your body first. If the fullness persists, please consult a medical practitioner.

I totally get it, having that constant, uncomfortable heavy feeling under your right ribs can make you feel so uneasy and tired all the time. It is not always a sharp pain, but more like a dull, annoying pressure that doesn't go away. Please take it easy and get a doctor to check it out so you can feel better.

Yes, liver inflammation or swelling can feel like a heavy weight or dull ache on the upper right side of your stomach. The simplest first step is to avoid fried foods, alcohol, and outside food completely, and drink warm water. Then, go to a local clinic and get a simple liver function blood test done.

My liver probably inflames every time I look at a plate of cheesy loaded fries! But seriously, you can't feel the inflammation itself, just a general bloating or fullness on the right side. Don't worry too much, cut back on the junk food and see a doctor to get a proper ultrasound done.

Honestly, after weeks of wedding food and constant biryani cravings, my right stomach side felt so heavy and bloated. That sluggishness and lack of appetite is often a sign of an overworked, inflamed liver. I had to switch to simple bottle gourd soup and boiled rice, and I highly recommend seeing a doctor if the heaviness stays.
