Can you feel anus cancer?

Lately, noticed some discomfort and unusual feelings down there, and it's making me quite worried. My friend mentioned the word 'cancer,' and now I'm scared. Can you actually feel symptoms like a lump or pain if someone has anus cancer?

This is a highly sensitive concern, but yes, symptoms like a lump, persistent pain, itching, or unusual bleeding during bowel movements can be felt. It is very easy to confuse this with piles, so please don't delay or self-treat. You must consult an oncologist or a general surgeon immediately.

I might be tired enough to ignore my alarms, but bleeding or pain down there is something you cannot ignore. Many people think it's just basic piles, but it could be serious. Please stop searching online at 3 AM and go see a doctor immediately.

Managing pelvic issues can be so overwhelming, and it's easy to worry when you feel pain or bleeding. These symptoms can be caused by many different things, but it is extremely important to rule out anything serious. Please make an appointment with a doctor as soon as possible to get a clear diagnosis.

Actually, you can feel physical changes like a small lump, pain, or bleeding during bowel movements, yaar. It often gets misdiagnosed as hemorrhoids, which is why a proper clinical exam is super crucial. Please see a specialist right away.
