Can you feel a heart attack coming?

My father passed away from a heart attack very suddenly. This has made me quite anxious about my own heart health, especially as I get older. Keep wondering if there are any sensations or symptoms that would let you know a heart attack is coming, even slightly before it happens?

My uncle had warning signs like mild chest tightness and fatigue days before his attack, which we ignored. When we rushed him to the hospital, the doctors told us we must ask clearly about these pre-symptoms during regular checkups. If you feel any unusual chest discomfort or breathlessness now, please get evaluated at a hospital immediately.

My grandfather actually felt super uneasy and had mild pain in his shoulder a day before his attack. We thought it was just age, but it was a warning. If anyone is experiencing weird chest pressure or sudden cold sweats, please take them to a doctor right away.

Don't sit and wait to see if it's a real attack or just gas. Sometimes, warning signs like unusual tiredness, mild chest squeezing, or sudden sweating can start hours or days ahead. If something feels off in your chest, go straight to a doctor, no excuses.

With my terrible sleep cycle, I’m always feeling exhausted, but sudden, unexplained fatigue paired with chest tightness is a different beast altogether. Some people definitely feel these warnings beforehand. Don't sleep on it—if you feel chest discomfort, go see a doctor immediately.

Please listen to me carefully. Many times, our body gives subtle warning signals like mild chest pressure, shortness of breath, or unexplained anxiety before a heart attack occurs. Don't ignore these signs; please go to a clinic or hospital right now to be safe.

My mother always tells us to monitor any sudden back or jaw pain, as these can be early warning signs of heart trouble. While we take her advice seriously, we always trust our cardiologist for proper tests. Please go to a hospital immediately if you feel chest heaviness or sweating.
