Can you ejaculate with erectile dysfunction?

Dealing with erectile dysfunction for a while now, and it's quite frustrating. I was wondering if it's still possible to ejaculate even if I can't get or maintain an erection. This whole thing is quite confusing for me.

Beta, these two functions are controlled by different nerve pathways, so yes, it is possible. Do not take too much stress as mental worry makes these issues worse. Drink warm milk with almonds and consult a good doctor instead of feeling embarrassed.

Yes, absolutely. Ejaculation and getting a firm erection are two different systems in the body, so it is quite common to ejaculate even with ED. I have tried many stress-relief exercises and Ayurvedic tips, but getting a proper checkup with an expert is the most reliable way to find peace.

Since managing my diabetes, I learned that nerve damage can affect erections but ejaculation might still happen. It's very important to keep your blood sugar in check as high sugar impacts blood vessels. Do discuss this openly with your doctor.

Yes, medically they are different, so it is possible. Don't let this cause anxiety or ruin your peace of mind. Please seek advice from a qualified doctor who can guide you with patience and care.

Physiologically, yes, because erection and ejaculation are independent biological mechanisms. Many people face this, so don't worry. I'd highly recommend tracking your sleep, stress levels, and visiting a urologist for proper guidance.

Yeah, actually it is totally possible to ejaculate even without a full erection, yaar. Erection is about blood flow and ejaculation is a muscular reflex. Don't stress out, just book an appointment with a specialist to clear your doubts.
