Can you eat raw liver frozen?
I've heard about the health benefits of raw liver and bought some. If I freeze it first, does that make it safe to eat raw, or does it still require cooking?

I would advise against eating it raw, even if it is frozen. Freezing does not kill all the harmful bacteria and parasites in meat. It is always best to cook it thoroughly to stay completely safe.
A lot of biohackers online talk about eating frozen raw liver for nutrients, but clinically speaking, standard home freezers don't reach the low temperatures needed to kill parasites. Cooked liver still has an excellent micronutrient profile. Just track your intake and cook it.
Oof, eating raw frozen liver sounds really unappealing! There are so many delicious ways to cook liver with spices and ghee. Trust me, cooked liver curry or stir-fry is way better for your taste buds and your stomach.
Humare yahan toh bina achhe se pakaye koi bhi maans nahi khata. Freeze karne se bimari ke keede nahi marte hain babu. Isko thik se paka kar hi khayein, tabhi takat milegi shareer ko.
Haan yaar, frozen karne se bacteria khatam nahi hote, bas so jaate hain. Jab thoda paka loge tabhi safe rahega na. Risk kyu lena jab simple cooking se kaam chal sakta hai!
