Can you drink glucerna if not diabetic?

My mother has diabetes and drinks Glucerna regularly. I'm trying to manage my weight and improve my diet, and sometimes I struggle with hunger between meals. I was wondering if I could also drink Glucerna as a healthy snack or meal replacement, even though I'm not diabetic.

Haan na, you can drink it even if you don't have diabetes. It is just a low-GI meal replacement. But honestly, why drink diabetic milk when you can have normal healthy food?

It is safe to drink, but natural foods are always better than processed powders. If you are experiencing unexplained weight loss or weakness, don't rely on shakes; go get a proper health checkup.

I was also wondering about this because my dad has Glucerna at home. I read it won't harm non-diabetics, but please consult a doctor first so you don't mess up your metabolism.

Glucerna is designed for slow release of sugar. If you are healthy, a balanced diet of fresh fruits, nuts, and proper yogic habits is much better than processed supplements.

You can definitely drink it, but it's meant to manage blood sugar spikes. If you just want a healthy shake, home-made sattu drinks or ragi porridge are much cheaper and highly nutritious.

I drank some of my wife's Glucerna once by mistake. Nothing happened, still alive! But it tastes quite bland, so unless you actually need to control sugar, enjoy regular drinks.
