Can you contract hepatitis c sexually?

I was reading about STIs and came across Hepatitis C. I know some forms of hepatitis can spread sexually, so I was wondering specifically about Hepatitis C. Is it possible to contract Hepatitis C through sexual contact?

Hey, actually it's super rare but technically possible, especially if there's any blood involved during the act. It's not like HIV or other STDs which spread easily this way, but using protection is always a smart move anyway.

At my age, my back hurting from sitting is a bigger daily threat, but to answer your question: yes, but the risk is very low unless there's rough activity causing blood exchange. Just keep things safe and don't lose sleep over it.

For maintaining general health and immunity, I always recommend fresh juices and natural foods. However, Hepatitis C is a serious blood-borne issue. If you are worried about an exposure, please skip the home remedies and visit a proper clinic for testing.

The risk of sexual transmission of Hep C in monogamous couples is almost zero. But if there are multiple partners or rough sex where blood might be present, the risk increases. Get a simple HCV antibody test done if you want to be 100% sure, it's very straightforward.

While you focus on your fitness and clean diet, keep in mind that Hep C is primarily blood-to-blood. Sexual transmission is rare but can happen if there is skin breakage or blood. Stay safe, stay clean, and keep training hard.

I am a bit hesitant to ask, but does this mean married couples don't need to worry unless one person already has it? I read that it only spreads if there is blood, but I am still a bit confused about how common it is.
